1. All items are 100% AUTHENTIC and BRAND NEW.
2. For orders, everyone should submit an order form for us to be able to process your transaction. This will also help avoid errors and miscommunication.
3. NO SWITCHING of items once you have filled out the order form. We strictly follow the NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy.
4. All reserved items are considered SOLD. Cancellations are NOT allowed once the reserved item has been shipped from the United States.
5. All prices and sales are FINAL. Items are absolutely discounted rates. No haggling.
6. For ON-HAND items: Three days are allotted to each reservation. Please settle your payment within the third day.
7. For PRE-ORDER items: We require 50% initial deposit to be given within one (1) week upon submission of the order form. Then the remaining balance to be settle upon arrival of the package.
8. Payments can be made through direct deposit thru BDO and Paypal.
9. Shipping and handling of the package direct to your home or office can be arranged provided that the freight will be shouldered by the buyer. NO FREE SHIPPING!
